  • Contacting PSP Training has been one of the smartest decisions I have ever made. The workouts they give you just make sense for a hockey player and help you all around the game I noticed a huge improvement in my game in just a few weeks, but, you only get out of it what you put in to it, so you have to be self motivated and disciplined.
